1999 - Vaillant successfully operated for the first time, the installation of a large number (1189) of wall-hung gas boilers. The number of boilers totaled 1189 sets.

2001 - Saunier Duval brand (France) was incorporated into Vaillant Group, with Vaillant China subsequently taking over its business in China.

2003 - Vaillant Duval (Beijing) Heating Equipment Co., Ltd was founded.

2005 - Vaillant established the Asia-Pacific Procurement Center in China.

2006 - Vaillant invested RMB 100 million in the construction of a factory in Wuxi, China, establishing its first production and R&D base outside of Europe, the Vaillant (Wuxi) Heating Equipment Co., Ltd.

2000 - Vaillant Duval (Beijing) Heating Equipment Co., Ltd was renamed Vaillant (Beijing) Heating Equipment Trade Co., Ltd.

2006 - The Shanghai Subsidiary of Vaillant (Beijing) Heating Equipment Trade Co., Ltd was founded.

2007 - The Vaillant (Wuxi) factory was put into operation.
